Additional Service: 11th Month Inspection

Across the region it is typical for a Developer to provide a 12-month warranty against faulty workmanship and materials. Therefore, it is wise to book an additional 11th Month Warranty Inspection of your property prior to the expiration of this warranty period to establish a list of items that need remedial work.
